1. Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), which implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may use any clear written statement, including by email or postal letter, to inform us of your withdrawal decision.

Please include your name, delivery address, and a brief description of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions upon receipt of your withdrawal notice.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened condition with the seal intact
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must not have been used or tampered with
- The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products where the packaging seal has been broken or opened, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
4. Return Shipping
The direct costs of returning the product are to be borne by the consumer, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notification, or upon receiving the returned product, whichever is later.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We do not charge a fee for processing refunds.
Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), including repair, replacement, or a full refund.
Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
7. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Food supplement products where the seal has been broken after delivery, for hygiene and food safety reasons (in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
